The Quiet of the Night

Can you hear it? No I don’t mean the traffic on the street of citizens driving home. I mean the crickets. The deathly quiet of everybody going to bed, snuggling down into their sheets to sleep for the night. But not everyone is as lucky. Some are battling nightmares, demons and shadows within their minds…too scared to sleep for fear of the unknown, of what dimension they’ll enter if they close their eyes. How do I know this? Because I’m one of them. I know what it’s like to see the swirls if you rub your eyes too hard, to hear the voices that whisper, not bad things but just distortions. Like a radio set between stations or a television set to static but there’s a picture underneath. You can see a grainy picture but the voices don’t come clearly through the static right? Exactly. When the lights flicker and doors slam on their own due to wind or some other worldly force. Well trust me I know the signs. None of us are normal. We all have had or will have a near death experience at some point in our lives. We all see or hear things that aren’t noticed by human waves. All these dimensions? They cross with us so we do in fact see things that aren’t there. You know it’s normal. You aren’t crazy trust me
